Joined this gym about 6 weeks ago. Love the atmosphere. The staff is awesome, the other patrons have all been friendly and helpful.
This gym has every specialty bar you can think of, bands, chains, a monolith, and several power racks. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment, and the new layout makes it easy for multiple groups to train at once.
Awesome gym for serious athletes, powerlifters, etc.

“I was definitely intimated to try CrossFit and had tried numerous other gyms and personal trainers in the past, but nothing really stuck. West Main Sports & Fitness offered a “CrossFit Lite” series that made me feel more comfortable about dipping my toe into this gym. After a few weeks of the Lite classes where I learned the basic workout moves & got my stamina up with other newbies, we joined the regular CrossFit workouts and I’m hooked! Every class is a challenge, as it should be so your workouts and results don’t get stale, but I never feel that I am in a situation where I don’t belong. The instructors are always there to help you with a modification if you’re new, like me, or just to encourage you. It’s a friendly group of people! Cannot recommend enough!“
